2008 Alumni Rewarded for IB Results
Graduates from the Class of 2008 earn college credit for their IB results.
Marcela Bejarano, who graduated in
June and will soon be attending McGill University (considered the
Harvard of Canada by many), has been informed by McGill that they will
award her 30 college credits based on her IB exam
results. This means she can start as a 2nd year
student.
Vanessa Tuppan was also awarded 30 credits for her IB diploma results and exempted from the first year. Vanessa will go directly into the 2nd year at the American University of Paris.
Congratulations to Marcela and
Vanessa and the Escola Americana teachers who helped them reach these
heights!
